Business Development / IT Sales Professional
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Pitch & Promote: Present company solutions and services to enterprise clients across both public and private sectors.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Client Analysis: Analyze client requirements and collaborate closely with our Technical and Consulting teams to propose tailored solutions.
- Pipeline Management: Plan and execute business development activities while actively managing the sales pipeline.
- Documentation: Coordinate the preparation of compelling proposals, presentations, and related documents.
- Market Tracking: Monitor and track business opportunities, bidding processes, and digital transformation projects.
- Partnerships: Collaborate with technology partners, including Cloud Providers and various vendors.
- General Support: Perform other duties as assigned to support business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, or Solution Sales. (Note: Experience in IT Consulting is a strong plus!)
- Solid understanding of—or a strong eagerness to learn about—technologies such as AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Digital Solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in creating high-quality presentations and proposals.
- Highly responsible, adaptable, and a great team player.
- Bonus: Existing connections with government agencies or large enterprise accounts are highly advantageous.
