Position: UX/UI Designer (Short-Term Contract)
Location: Hybrid (On-site 2-3 days per week)

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer for a short-term contract to help us elevate our digital products. In this role, you will focus on designing intuitive, beautiful, and highly functional user experiences for both Web applications and Desktop applications.
This is a hybrid contract role requiring you to collaborate with our team on-site 2-3 days per week at our office near MRT Phetchaburi. If you have a passion for solving complex workflow challenges on desktop and web platforms and have a strong portfolio to prove it, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
User Research & Translation: Translate complex user requirements, business goals, and technical constraints into elegant, user-centric design solutions.
Web & Desktop Optimization: Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups optimized specifically for web browsers and desktop application environments.
Interactive Prototyping: Build interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts, user journeys, and micro-interactions to stakeholders and developers.
Design Systems: Utilize, maintain, and expand our existing UI design system to ensure visual consistency across all modules and platforms.
Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers, developers, and QA engineers on-site 2-3 days a week to ensure design feasibility and seamless handoff.
Iterative Design: Gather feedback from user testing and internal stakeholders to rapidly iterate on and polish UI designs.
Requirements & Qualifications
Portfolio (Required): A strong portfolio demonstrating real-world experience in UX/UI design specifically for Web applications and Desktop software (SaaS, dashboard, or productivity tools preferred). Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
Software Tools: Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Miro) and AI Assisted tool is plus.
Desktop vs. Web Knowledge: A deep understanding of the differences in layout, interaction patterns, and user behaviors between web browsers and native desktop applications.
Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate your design decisions clearly.
Availability: Ability to work on-site at our office 2-3 days per week.
